Insurance Information
I am in-network with Oklahoma's traditional Medicaid program only. I am unable to see children covered by Oklahoma Complete Health, Humana Healthy Horizons, and Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma. Dr. McQuiddy is also unable to see children who have a primary insurance accompanying their Medicaid coverage.
I am out-of-network with all commercial insurance plans and do not bill for out-of-network benefits, but can provide the documentation for you to request reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

- Faster access to services: Insurance-based practices often have waitlists of 6+ months for an initial consult. I can typically offer first appointments within 4 weeks, so your child gets support sooner.
- Personalized evaluations: Coverage for testing varies by plan, and many insurers have started placing strict limitations on what can be assessed .Insurance companies typically exclude testing for learning challenges and substantially limit testing for ADHD.
- Sustainable, higher-quality care: Being out of network allows me to dedicate the necessary time and resources to each evaluation without compromise.
Understanding the Cost of Psychological Testing
The fees for a psychological evaluation reflect the time, expertise, and specialized resources needed to provide a thorough and accurate assessment. Unlike standard therapy, psychological testing requires specialized, proprietary diagnostic instruments, secure digital scoring platforms, and standardized testing materials. Furthermore, for every hour spent face-to-face with your child, multiple hours are spent behind the scenes scoring the assessments, interpreting the data, and writing a comprehensive report.

- Clinical Intake Interview: $300 (Initial diagnostic and planning meeting)
- Clinical Materials & Software Fee: $200 (Flat fee covering proprietary test protocols, digital platform usage, and scoring software)
- Professional Services Rate: $180 per hour (This rate applies to all clinical time, including parent meetings and face-to-face testing, scoring and interpreting test results, report writing, and the final feedback session)

- Includes: Intake ($300), materials ($200), testing (3 hrs, $540), scoring (30 minutes, $90), writing (3 hrs, $540), and feedback (1 hr, $180)
- Total Fee: $1,850 (represents 8.5 total professional hours)
- 4 Hours of Face-to-Face Testing
- Includes: Intake ($300), materials ($200), testing (4 hrs, $720), scoring (30 minutes, $90), writing (4 hrs, $720), and feedback (1 hr, $180)
- Total Fee: $2,210 (represents 10.5 total professional hours)
- 5 Hours of Face-to-Face Testing
- Includes: Intake ($300), materials ($200), testing (5 hrs, $900), scoring (1 hour, $180), writing (5 hrs, $900), and feedback (1 hr, $180)
- Total Fee: $2,660 (represents 13 total professional hours)
- 6 Hours of Face-to-Face Testing
- Includes: Intake ($300), materials ($200), testing (6 hrs, $1,080), scoring (1 hour, $180, writing (6 hrs, $1,080), and feedback (1 hr, $180)
- Total Fee: $3,020 (represents 15 total professional hours)
